A whole-sheep farm…
Willow Pond is the only sheep dairy in the Hudson Valley - and we produce meat, wool, and sheepskins, making us a “whole sheep” farm that values everything sheep can offer. We raise our flock with care, grazing them on carefully tended pastures.
Try our deliciously creamy sheep’s milk yogurt or bottled sheep’s milk in the spring & summer, or our pasture-raised lamb and mutton in the fall & winter. Know that you’ll be buying healthy, high quality local food that’s unique in so many ways.
